Bryan Morris is a Managing Partner at Seven Peak Capital, where he is dedicated to helping investors achieve financial freedom through strategic and passive real estate investments. With a focus on multifamily and commercial real estate, Bryan leverages his extensive experience in acquisitions, asset management, and market analysis to identify high-value opportunities in emerging markets.

Bryan began his real estate journey at the age of 24, acquiring and scaling a portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties using the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method. These early ventures solidified his belief in real estate as a powerful tool for building generational wealth and achieving long-term financial stability.

Before co-founding Seven Peak Capital, Bryan built a distinguished career in sales and business development, excelling in leadership roles at top companies such as Salesforce, Cintas, and PepsiCo. These experiences honed his ability to drive results, build strategic partnerships, and create scalable systems—all skills he now applies to managing complex real estate transactions and delivering exceptional value to investors.

Bryan holds a Real Estate Investing & Analysis Certificate from the Wharton School of Business and is passionate about educating others on the benefits of real estate investing, including tax advantages, cash flow generation, and portfolio diversification. Chris is a Managing Partner at Seven Peak Capital and his main responsibilities include overseeing all acquisitions, sourcing capital, asset management and building strategic partnerships.

Chris is a dynamic professional who made the leap from the UK to New York seven years ago, seeking new opportunities. With a natural talent for sales, Chris quickly found success in the bustling city's competitive business landscape. Leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills, Chris excelled in various sales roles, consistently exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.

Driven by a desire for growth and challenge, Chris has recently transitioned into the multifamily real estate sector. Applying the same strategic thinking, negotiation prowess, and customer-oriented approach from sales, Chris has seamlessly adapted to the intricacies of the real estate market. Bill Ham is the Chief Operating Officer and the driving force behind Broadwell Property Group. He has upwards of 20 years’ experience in Real Estate with a proven track record of identifying, acquiring, operating, and divesting of large footprint Multifamily Housing. Bill can be seen and heard on countless podcasts and webinars as well as standing on stage giving presentations at trade shows and other forums both online and off.

Ham is a Real Estate Entrepreneur, a sought-after speaker, an author, and an operator but his real passion lies in education. He has been a coach and mentor to the future titans of Multifamily. Over the years he has counseled hundreds of students who have gone on to close countless millions of dollars in their own deals, many crediting Bill with their success.

Bill was born and raised in Middle Georgia where he honed his craft opting to move to the big city of Atlanta in 2015 to expand his reach. He has a wife, Yvonne, and two dogs Jake and Lola. He loves gardening, water skiing, and hiking.
